How to Manage a Studio That's Starting Up

i will share the link to this podcast with all my former PhD students at NYU and see what happens maybe i can be a list of like what we're looking at developing and then people could sync up on that. i want to talk a little bit more about your studio to raise because i think you guys are just really interesting uh. You've worked across pretty much every platform you do a lot of work on emerging platforms like VR or you have done and i think that's pretty unusual for  at a mid-sizing studio it's not quite as small as you guys are so i'm just curious sort of how you manage your schedule and decide what to do next.
