How to Ground Yourself in Reality
A daily mantras practice is a way of grounding yourself in reality. It has proven really powerful in changing my ability to cope during the day. Every morning I make up and type a mantra, or I pick from my existing list of mantras. And these touch points have been so helpful to me.
