The Difficulty of Acute Treatment of Hypertension

It's difficult because I wonder if that's because of our biases towards tranexamic acid versus adrenaline you know going back a few years and or is it because what we've seen following paramedic too whereby they did have you know more survivors however they didn't have great functional recoveries in adrenaline. For me this isn't going to change my practice I'll continue following the system advice that we've got but really have enjoyed reading people's opinions of it online other thoughts. The lead author is Anderson published in JAMA Internal Medicine and the title of the paper clinical outcomes of intensive inpatient blood pressure management in hospitalized older adults.
