I've been habit stacking now for 15ish years. And each year I picked something new to focus on. So this didn't happen overnight by any means. Backtracking to my mid 20s, I was driving 50,000 miles a year sitting in a car eating subway because I thought that was healthy. He hired a personal trainer and saw him five days per week for 30 minutes. That's what I would recommend if you have three days per week, 30 minutes each day is doing that.
