i like meat a lot, dad's argentine, but i don't eat very much of it. I've been told by these sources of a questionable ority that if an animal grazes on really good grasses, for instance, that the meat can contain a lot of omega threes. It seems to me that these animals have to either be taking fish oil or eat plants that are very rich in omega threes in order for the meat to actually contain sufficient omega three. The conversion is very inefficient and dependent on a variety of factors including genetics.
