Bonnerchuk: I find it to be somewhere over 40 late 30s, early 40s and or longer. The best that I've been able to do in terms of reducing the number of programs would be number workouts. And then we can get in two exposures each week of each one for workouts total. You know, more typically, I've got athletes who are training about four times a week.
