metabolic flexibility can mean being less of a car burner and more of a a fat burner. Many people are very carb reliant, and they're not very good at burning fat. There's certainly people i've seen in in practice that are very good fat burners and very bad carp burners. And so, you know, it'se's two sides to the coinyes.
