How to Ease Into a Healthy Lifestyle

Just find your local health food store yes it just makes it so much easier you're supporting a very good part of the local economy um I can't say enough about there if you haven't go in and just look around. Give yourself maybe a month or two months or three months to ease into this so you know you're eating foods that are contributing to your focus your well-being and then from that new found source of energy and focus start to transform other areas of your life that you want to transform. imagine yourself as you're going through this process knowing that the transition is not easy imagine actually loving everything you're putting into your body imagine that and during the tough times imagine that knows

good and then I would say just find your local health food store yes it just makes it so much easier you're supporting a very good part of the local economy um I can't say enough a bit like there if you haven't go in and just look around if you've never been in a health food store and just like get a feel for it and try to find the smaller ones that you know whole foods is around you can definitely find a whole food and I support whole foods but there's also other smaller markets that you just want to look look around and see what's available in your area so you give yourself some options you want to be able to to give yourself what you need to succeed on this and again this is a lifelong process but it does you don't have to suffer I feel I eat so good I love what I eat so I don't feel like I'm at all sacrificing all this I don't even think about all this stuff anymore there's nothing here that's a struggle but in the beginning just familiarize yourself with what's available so you know you've got many many options including where to dine out like what you could potentially eat start to map this out in your head and give yourself tell yourself you're going to give yourself maybe a month or two months or three months to ease into this so you know you can get to a place where you're eating foods that are contributing to your focus your well-being and that you're able to then from that new found source of energy and focus start to transform other areas of your life that you want to transform
