Risk offending risk losing the sale this is your path to success like I had a client once not launched a group for a year because she was afraid of not doing it right and not selling it. We keep ourselves from failing by keeping ourselves feeling safe by shutting out vulnerability we don't let ourselves truly go all in with belief because of how bad it will hurt to not get the result we want.
