The Importance of Execution in Endurance Training

When somebody's really efficient and smooth, it doesn't matter what we're talking about. If they're efficient and smooth at wrestling or jujitsu or running, lifting, they're going to be able to have a capacity to do that thing more. So from our methodology's point of view, we will program low, low volume intensity over 85%, but then the vast majority of our work is done in the 60 to 85% range.
