A couch company that sold bespoke customized couches, 20 and $30,000 for a couch. They had somebody call all the people that didn't complete the point of sale. Do you know why they didn't buy this $20,000 couch? Because they didn't know what to do with the old couch. The solution now is obvious. When you buy the new one, we take away the old one. But it didn't dawn on them because they hadn't taken the time to diagnose and to find out and to put the brakes on. That's a huge, beautiful example of holding the column.
