Three months is a decently long stretch of time to cover a number of events. You can sink some really good habits in three months. I'm amazed at how often I come to this point in one of my interviews with coaches and personal trainers. How many people just did they just they just assumed that like if you're a coach or personal trainer that you're also a social worker? That's ridiculous of course but it is a common assumption.
