The Panel Process and How We Curate the Evaluation Process
The final round for most of our positions that we hire certainly at the executive level is a panel interview. There's going to be a combination of folks from our team, the Parker Gale team and our portfolio companies team. And we're all playing a role in asking you questions about the things on the performance profile. So these can last for a while. I've had CEO panel interviews that have lasted for three and a half or four hours because there's a lot of stuff to ask about.
