If you want to do it by inquiry, instead of doing longer sittings or making a lot of mental notes, it's to sit and walk as we do. Pay attention to the breath, pay attention to the steps in the same general way. In all these ways of practice, don't let your just take nature walks and relax. They all call for a careful and full attention. It's really fostering a spirit of observation and inquiry.
