Is Increased Buffering Capacity a Good Thing?
Carnosin is undisputed as a ph buffer, then it only really becomes particularly necessary or important if if you are incurring some sort of acidification of the muscle. For that individual whose, you knowa couch potato, just sat on on that screen all day, not doing anything, the relevance to this individual is obviously probably very, very low.
