How Did You Become the Dali Lama's Translator?

Eno was inspired to become a monkm by his father's monastery in darmsala, south india. When he left school at the age of eight, Eno could only read and speak rudimentary english. He spent some time with western hippies who lived nearby which helped him pick up more fluent English. In 85 an official interpreter couldn't make it for Dali lama so eno was asked to stand in as translator. His holiness called him up two or three days later saying: "You are a good scholar"
