The Importance of Hamstring Loading
The balance of those two things and how you prescribe them is quite important. I don't believe that we need crazy extensive rehab programs with 100 different exercises. This has only got three starting exercises that could eventually progress to four plus a running program. So it's not, not massive, but we've also got two exercises that are relatively similar in the hamstring bridge and the back extension. They're both hip extensor based movements. We could potentially sub one of those out and then have one of our knee flexor progressions,. Whether that be the single leg slider or the Nordic.
