Getting a General Contractor to Develop a Design and Budget

i love to get, you know, a general contractor involved early on in the game. Cause i can take guesses, but there 're so many different people that price things dramatically different. I mean, there can be 50 thousand dollars swing in just the pool between different contractors. So if i can get somebody to bring us, bring them in early in the game, then we can kind of develop that budget nd and say, here's patio that we preliminary price ten, but if you choose travertin, it's going to be x, y and z, up grade. And again, design and budget go on hand in hand the whole wayoso we're staying efficient.
