I think that people could easily become rival flavon deficient and folate deficient and we see that I mean I sometimes work with people who are trying carnivore diets. they're not really venturing into any of the organ mates and more nutrient rich dense foods or even more like organic and grass fed mates as well. adding eggs to the meat provides a decent amount of folate and some riboflavin people don't want to eat yeah liver or other organs that are higher in riboflavIn sometimes it's just the best thing is supplementation although for some people supplements can trigger the immune system.
