The Three Types of Second Guessing
Second guessing is that constant process of questioning yourself, not in an open curious way, but in a judgmental and anxious way. There are kind of three kinds of second guessing to see how they play out in our lives. The first one is when you second guess sort of your own characteristics or qualities - self doubt. Then what I call worth doubt is when we are doubting whether we are like good enough to exist. And then the third big categoryI see is when we don't trust ourselves to make decisions,. When we get either paralyzed and unable to make a decision or we make a decision, but then we ruminate and second guessed ourselves afterwards.
