We're always hyper vigilant and a lot of that comes back to the fact that we know we have such porous boundaries. So when we're not able to set boundaries, we take on other people's emotions. We try to overcompensate by people pleasing or saying yes to too much until ultimately we burn ourselves out. How do we know if this is actually something we're dealing with? I'm going to go through some signs that you may have some blocks in this area.
