The total number of calories at you'r eating matters, and it matters probably more than anything else. Eat lots of red meat. Eat as many carbs as is appropriate for you. And a, eat more or less depending on what you need to do,. So you've got all the building blocks there. It's incredibly simple. There's no denying that nutritionally, it's its solid right. But also in te of helping people achieve their goals, it also makes sense.
