The Path to Growth for Matchmaking
We want to encourage more and more people to use a matchmaking firm. We don't actually look at them necessarily as competition in the traditional sense. The biggest competitor to using selective search is not that they go to another firm, it's that they don't use a matchmaker. This is something that should be celebrated like finding great executives for a company. There's nothing weird about it. Just happens to be that you're finding them for a different context.
