How to Holistically Manage ADHD
Breathing work is a huge one for me just you know two or three minutes a few times a day just breathing and just coming back to my breath as a way to ground myself is really effective. I do a lot of workshops where I teach people how to do tapping I've got a podcast as well which is the ADHD women's well-being podcast that speaks to experts on different ways we can holistically manage our ADHD.
