How to Optimize Your Sleep Protocol
Get some method of tracking your sleep. Don't go and implement 30 different things that you heard about on Huberman all at once. Pick like two or three. Do that for two weeks. If this is something that, you know, is working really well for you, it's easy to implement. You can do it consistently every night. Stick to it and add something else. We spend so much time thinking about our exercise and our diets and other aspects of our health that sleep is often forgotten about. So this is my kind of, I guess my appeal to the stop forgetting. Think about it. It's very worth performing these experiments.
