Most foods that people would typically think of as snack foods are probably like vending machine foods. But if you could reversely snack on things like Greek yogurt, unsweetened Greek yogurt, peanuts are actually a healthy, fairly healthy snack. Most nuts you can get if there's not too much salt in them. Mix nuts and seeds, very healthy way to eat. Just don't pick the super sugary ones. I'm a huge fan of apples. Do you get honeycrisp apples? Yeah, overseas. They're amazing. My favorite, favorite breed of apple by far.
