I was so passionate about food. I chopped onions with line level chefs on the weekends just to see what it felt like. It wasn't just cooking and getting into the kitchen to be a chef. There was something deep, creativity was creating that whole experience. And today when I look back, that's what I do at the restaurant. Becoming a restaurateur.
