Rage is not condoned by culture. It's a big no, known spirituality. You can't get angry. The idea that you're going to just see, poke behind the veil and see the mythology is insufficient. There has to be a safe place to really connect with all that grief,. shame, rage, abandonment, fear, aloneness. I call them ice cubes. They have been frozen in time and put into deep freeze, and the shelf has been closednd they may be feelings that you had when you were six or eight. And letting them thaw out on the kitchen table means that i will have a tremendous amount of fear and sadness and grief to process for me
