50 years of farming conventional potatoes out here, just essentially like, you, for lack of a better word, like raping the soil of all asepints. The cost of synthetic fertilizer had gotten so high to even get a marginal crop out waske i's not worth doing any more. So we started putting the poultry on there, and rotane poultry and like fertilizing the ground, and doing all this cool stuff that now, you know, folks are learning that is possible with responsible per animal agriculture. And it's really beautiful. We see probably 30 or forty different species of grasses, and, you know what the west would call weeds and flowers and a e'd always eat
