How to Improve Your Performance at Intensities Below VO2 Max
The main motivation is to strip down the performance, like to take it apart and see how the performance of the athlete is created. And that's what we do with Enside, just on a more detailed, on a more granular level, so to speak. We try to understand how the performance that you have, the speed that you show in running, swimming, and cycling, and so on, how are you unable to do that? And what would you need to do to improve that? Like, which not to speak you can turn to improve your running speed, to improve your cycling performance.
