The need is important, but getting to it quickly is important. One of my biggest pet peeves is when a lead comes in and our sales team just sends them a quote right away. I'm like, have we talked to them? Do we know their needs? Should we give them a ring? should we ask a couple questions first? Oh, no, they're just looking for pricing. That's the yeah,. he's quoting hope is like, yeah, don't like set some follow up, make sure we're there. Don't just quote and let it let it die. Yeah. Can we rip off another one of these getting to need quickly?"
