How to Train Your Mind to Map When It's Done
The mind to map is an exercise that you do daily. It's getting those things to fire which don't fire. What I have found after doing this since the late 90s is my brain just thinks in terms of this. When I'm putting together even an outline for a podcast or even working on the book, the muscle that I built up by doing this over and over and over again, I get really good at it so I don't have as much flooding anymore.
