The Role of Body Fat in Muscle Gains
I feel like you guys kind of addressed a lot of the things I was personally curious about having read the stuff that went into this. One thing that kept coming up in my mind was Eric and Greg, your guys, Meta, basically plotted a lot of different individuals of different body fat percentages and assessed how much lean gains they made. To me, I want to explain how that can be used to make the stance that you can gain lean mass just as well at a lower body fat percentage as a higher body fat percentage. Does that make sense? So I think Trex can probably answer the technical question better than I can.
