How to Improve Your Recall During Training

After every training session, i take notes on what i covert. Only write down the things that are new. I use a technique called space repetition to help with recall. So once a day, i sit down and i try to recall these things. And then i file that away in my memory bank. It's psychologically proven to dramatically increase your ability to recall things over the long term.
