For many of us, as we begin to change or break cycles, one of the most difficult processes can be around acceptance. Acceptance is when we then see our family not changing and experience the positive effects of the change. A lot of us attempt to control, to give ultimatums, to strong arm our loved ones into walking the journey along with us. The reality is we have to accept the reality of the choicest people are making around us. We can't control some one else's journey,. It is truly their choice to make.
