There were no significant differences between groups. But if you look at some of the percentage changes in the effect sizes, you saw some moderate, nearly large effects in the group that switched it up and had the varied. So i mean, could just be sampling variants, but it's leaning in the direction of saying, maybe a little more variety is better over eight weeks in trained individuals. And then the final one, and this is why i say maybe you don't even need to periodize it. We could get in o the next three studies going the exact opposite way,. For all i know, we're probably limited on this type of evidence.
