How Do Social Forces Influence Our Ability to Change?
I think i agree with you that we don't think enough and talk enough about how much the people around us shape our outcomes. There's just so much potential in building groups and support. If you have big goals and bitions, a'm trying to surround yourself with people who have similar goals and ambitions can be incredibly powerful and valuable. So accountability is huge. And it's more social support and social networks that can be truly transformative when it comes to behavior change. I love that i have been a ruthless about curating people around me for that reason.
