The Importance of Pain-Free Activities
I think pain should be a good indicator that guides us and lets us decide whether an activity is okay to do when you're injured. Usually, I think that non-impact activities such as cycling or swimming are generally safe. For example, in case you have a stretch fracture or some kind of problems, typically at your calf or at your feet,. those issues are usually, you can usually keep training with a bike or in the swimming pool.
