If you're an early morning person, my advice would be, do not push past your desired dead time. Many people wake up at three 30 or four in the morning to use the bathroom. That's totally normal. Go back to sleep. Drink all the night to go to bathroom, no big deal. You don't wanto drink too many fluids late at night for that reason. If you are going to exercise very much later in the day, well, have a protocal to bring yourself down afterwards and avoid too much caffine.
