When I was first start to put an athlete in the system, it would go fantastic. And then each subsequent block after that would be harder and harder progress. But what I found is that it's the same mistake, right? Like I'm writing the next block and it looks different to me. It's like, okay, yeah, you change the exercise a little bit,. You know, you're still doing the same movement, it's still kind of the same. So where do you go from cycle to cycle? It's not easy, right?
