Ask the right questions that set the agenda, not the questions that take 30 minutes to leave nowhere. Pre conversation email thread is actually really important for understanding what people would like to get out of a meeting. And oftentimes it's better to show like 20% of the features that engage the other side in conversation and ask them to use your product. But I think you could get so into the features, into showing, not really telling, showing, not explaining,. That does you a disservice.
