I think there are five major things that need to be no focused on or managed. One being obviously calories, right? Then next i would say, protein and take - not you ought to be obsessed with protein to go out by protein powder now and like, try to get a ton of protein. The fourth thing is a focus on whole food nutrition, but not an obsession on it. And fifth: sleep as best you can get it.
