Does Beno Delay the Process by Which Your Microbiome Adjusts?
Bino could have a harmful effect on your microbiome, but i'm not super worried about it. Because alpha galactosedas is not a foreign substance in your body. It's just being made by black mould instead of being made by your body. A human system adjusts to a higher fibre diet. And what i wonder is that adjustment hindered in some way by taking bino? Seems like an easy thing to study. If you think it's a frivolous question, remember that excessive meat eating is probably a significant driver of global warming and other environmental problems. Individual and planetary health would probably benefit from everybody getting more of their protein from legumes. Science needs to help address the gas problem.
