The Difficulty of Being Present

Almost all of what we do throughout our day is pretty much dopamine driven. And so when stepping into more of a non resisting, non grasping state in mindfulness, really just seems like it stands outside of that stood outside of that dopamine rewardoutside of instant gratification. So this is kind of a human problem, but it does seem to be like the volume of that struggle does appear to be louder with the constant demand for our attention and our efforts to be gratified.
