The Impact of High Glycemic Foods on Recovery

A lot of it has to do with recovery. I think young people recover so quickly from high volume training and or high intensity training, too much competition. Then as we age, we don't recover quite as fast. We've got a lot of, in our younger athletes who are a little bit more unsure around what good food is and what good nutrition is. And that can create a problem as well.
