Rigt: What i invite here is this kind of ultimate democracy or equanimity of the mind. In other words, the mind is simply then invited to rest alight without sticking upon whatever rises we think initially. And again, another somatic invitation, because eventually, this not something that you just cognitively perceive. It's the contraction itself that's s the illusion that there is a thing. This is how you deconstruct externality, thingness altogether,. and then kind of back your way into the truth of awareness - formless awareness itself. The transition from even open awareness to full-blown awareness in buddhism can be very subtle but powerful.
