Kale: There's a big power in observing and listening. The more you can get out there and watch what folks are struggling with, watch what they're doing to work round the challenges of the organization is incredible. One of those things that really gets me interested is this concept of voice enabled to search. It excites me because i see my children using it right like they're doing home wark and they're asking google for a math problem across the room. How can we as companies tap into this trend and enable it for people in a way that makes it just feel human, makes it natural? To get help when you need it, to get an answer when you needed it.
