I think changing services is great. Just changing changing your exercises more often you'd probably like is probably a good thing considering that volleyball is so it's so year round. A lot of kids now have been playing only one sport since like nine, ten years old. So I think the more that you can do that the better. We use boxes for box jumps to just decrease and dampen landing forces. And then what about helping volleyball players hit harder any thoughts on that.
