Are There Different Challenges of the Manager's Remote?

I think the only challenges happen when you have a bunch of people in the office and only one or two people remote, right? So then they can kind of feel that they're at a little bit of a disadvantage. I don't think there's any problems with it's an unlevel playing field. You have to really make it clear to them that, you know, I'm here to help you. And what you say here is confidential. That's another rule of one-on-one is you're talking about, but everything that says the one has to be confidential.
