discipline should really be about setting routines, boundaries, systems for all the stuff that's superfluous. Ndn: I don't sleep with my phone in the room with me. i don't open the phone for the first 30 minutes to one hour that i'm awake each day. My wife and i were just talking about this the other day. She feels like she's just making too many decisions in her life. The idea being at that moment she was rested, in good shape, in good mental shape, and she could make these decisions.
